Jumping (with legwarmers) directly onto the Wii Fit bandwagon comes My Fitness Coach from those French ticklers Ubisoft, which aims to be more in-depth than Nintendo’s flagship title, with a lot of emphasis being placed on a “virtual personal trainer” and endless statistics and charts about your progress, ideal for fitness nerds.
The virtual personal trainer also promises to dish out motivational quotes (e.g. “Hey, Fatty Bom-Bom!”) at irregular intervals to keep you on your toes as you attempt the 500 or so difference exercises on offer, which focus on different areas of your body, e.g. strength training, remote control thumb, cardiovascular etc.
